Welcome to Achievr Guru (“Achievr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information across three distinct service phases:
1. Phase 1 – Pre‑Launch Website (information pages, wait‑list, newsletters)
2. Phase 2 – Early‑Access / Beta (limited feature set, feedback collection)
3. Phase 3 – Public Launch (full subscription product)
1. Who We Are
Achievr Guru is a goal‑setting and progress‑tracking platform operated by Achievr Guru LLC, Kyiv, Ukraine. For GDPR purposes we are the data controller. Contact our DPO at privacy@achievr.guru

- Provide the service (Ph 2‑3) – account creation, goal calculations (Contract)

We never sell personal data. Limited, de‑identified analytics may be shared with trusted processors (e.g. Stripe, AWS, Render).
4. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use functional cookies, analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation), and, in Phase 3, payment cookies. On first visit you’ll see a banner that lets you accept, reject, or fine‑tune settings.
5. International Data Transfers
Servers are located in the EU (Frankfurt). Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) protect any onward transfers to the US or other third countries.
6. Data Retention
- Wait‑list records: 18 months after last contact
- Beta usage: deleted/anonymised 12 months post‑launch
- Subscription invoices: 7 years
- Support tickets: 24 months
7. Your Rights
You may access, rectify, erase, port, or restrict processing of your data; object to processing; and withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to privacy@achievr.guru. If unresolved, you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in the EU: your local DPA; in the UK: ICO).
8. Children
Achievr Guru is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. We delete any such data immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We version‑stamp every update and post a notice in‑app and via email 14 days before changes take effect. Material changes to data sharing in Phase 3 will require renewed consent.
